I had the opportunity to manage Adhith and work closely with him across multiple initiatives. Adhith is a thoughtful designer with strong strengths in research, systems thinking, and strategic problem-solving. Adhith joined my product team and together we built Albertsons' highest priority project of the year. During this time Adhith consistently elevated the product to new levels of design excellence that our early adopters described as "refreshing and efficient". I've seen Adhith leverage powerful design tools that create ideal mockups on the fly that made life as a product leader easier than ever before.

Adhith has been instrumental in conducting end-to-end journey mapping, a task he approached with precision and diligence. His keen eye for detail and understanding of user behaviors led to insightful and valuable contributions to our projects.
